Return and Exchange Policy

At L2K Publishing Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and exchange guidelines below before placing your order.

 

Eligibility for Returns or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is misprinted

If your order meets one of the above conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to begin the return or exchange process.

 

Proof Required

To process a return or exchange, you must provide clear photographic proof of the damage or misprint. This allows us to verify the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

 


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at via our contact page within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and proof of the issue.

  2. If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please state this in your email so we can make arrangements.

  3. If the return is approved, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  4. Exchanges will be processed and shipped once you provide tracking information for the returned item.

  5. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (including ebooks, downloads, and printables) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items that do not meet the conditions above will not be eligible for return or exchange.
