About the Author

Kennisha Kelly is an educator, entrepreneur, and storyteller with a passion for inspiring others to dream bigger, work smarter, and believe in the power of their own ideas. A graduate of Monmouth University with a B.A. in English and Elementary Education, Kennisha has spent nearly a decade in the classroom, including three full years teaching 5th grade, where she encouraged her students to explore creativity alongside academic excellence.
Her work as an author grew from her love of teaching and her belief that learning extends far beyond the four walls of a classroom. Through her books, Kennisha combines relatable storytelling with meaningful life lessons, helping readers of all ages see that their talents, passions, and ideas can lead to incredible opportunities.
Kennisha is the creative force behind Kidpreneur, a vibrant children’s book series that introduces young readers to entrepreneurship in fun, imaginative ways. She is also the founder of L2K Publishing Co., a publishing brand dedicated to producing books that inspire, educate, and empower. Outside of children’s literature, Kennisha creates resources for entrepreneurs, educators, and digital creatives — always with the goal of making success accessible and attainable.
Beyond writing, Kennisha is a multi-passionate creative who runs multiple small businesses, including T-shirt design and digital product creation. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and a firm believer in using her gifts to uplift her community.
When she’s not teaching, writing, or building her brands, you can find Kennisha enjoying time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, diving into crafts like diamond painting, or learning American Sign Language. Her life and work are guided by faith, creativity, and a desire to leave a legacy that inspires others to pursue their dreams without limits.
