Q: Where can I buy L2K Publishing books?
A: All of our books and products are available right here on our official website. Ordering directly from us ensures you receive authentic products and supports our small business directly.
Q: Are your books available in bookstores?
A: Currently, our books are primarily available through our website. If you’d like to see our books in a local bookstore, you can request that they reach out to us for wholesale information.
Q: Do you offer signed copies?
A: Yes! Signed copies are available during special promotions or by request. Please note that signed copies are only available with Standard Shipping to allow time for signing before shipment. Email us before ordering to confirm availability.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for schools, organizations, or events?
A: Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders of 10 or more copies. Contact us for pricing and details.
Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. However, international orders are purchased directly from our printing source, and a direct link can be provided via email upon request. This method often allows for faster delivery and lower shipping costs.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We offer two options:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (tracking included; weekend delivery possible)

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (no tracking; weekend delivery possible)
Q: How can I track my order?
A: If you selected Standard Shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Express Shipping does not include tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or misprinted. Proof is required. See our Return & Exchange Policy page for full details.
Q: How do I request an exchange?
A: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, proof of the issue, and mention that you prefer an exchange. Exchanges are processed once we receive tracking for the returned item.
Q: Are digital products refundable?
A: No. All digital items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: Will you read or publish my manuscript?
A: At this time, L2K Publishing Co. focuses on in-house projects and is not accepting outside submissions.

Q: Can you attend my event or do a school visit?
A: Yes! We love connecting with readers. Since the author is a full-time teacher, in-person events are typically available on weekends.
